Number of recruiters started experimenting with the blogging. A small number actually. Most of them do not keep it up after a few blog posts. They simply do not get the value of it instantly, and this discourages them to keep on blogging. But some recruiters that I have worked with started reporting the real value of the success of their blogs. Consider writing a half of page of text, that is the usual blog post length, and it brings new clients, new candidates and generates placements? And all this happens in parallel, completely independently of your job boards advertising spend? Now how cool is that?
